Chemical and mechanical resistant

Farmcoat is resistant to many chemicals and impacts. After rolling/painting Farmcoat , a curing reaction takes place. Within this time, a strong 3D network forms in the coating layer that is necessary to resist all kinds of corrosive substances and loads. Farmcoat has been tested for a wide range of substances. In addition, the coating is rock-solid and load-bearing, allowing one to work on the surface with large machines, the surface can be cleaned with high pressure, and remains highly abrasion-resistant.

Many agricultural substrates are subject to heavy loads. For example, heavy equipment is worked on them and acids and chemicals from cleaning agents, feed, feces and saliva can act on the concrete and soften it. This causes the concrete to become porous and uneven. A lot more dirt and grime remains in the porous concrete. Over time, a cake layer of food particles can form here and the surface is difficult to keep clean. Especially on feed passages, layers of food residue are a problem, making it difficult to push the feed. Applying a coating ensures that the surface does not wear out due to mechanical load, acids or saliva. Because the surface does not wear down, no dirt remains in the surface and everything can be easily cleaned or pushed on.
