Farmcoat Epoxy Repair Mortar - 20 Kg

Do you have large holes in your floor or wall? And does your concrete need to be repaired or filled? Then use Farmcoat Epoxy Repair Mortar. The mortar consists of:

• Farmcoat Epoxy Floor Coating 5KG (transparent)
• Farmcoat mortar sand 15KG

Method: First mix the A+B component of the floor coating. Then dosedly mix in the sand using a mixer on a drill. Do this in e.g. a mortar tub or sturdy large bucket. Mix it until you have an even mass (approx. 2 minutes). Process the mortar mix with a putty knife, hand trowel or flat trowel.

Mixing ratios: Combine a 5 Kg floor coating with 15 Kg of Farmcoat Mortar sand. You will then have a total of 20 Kg of ready-to-use mortar mix.

Consumption: using about 2 Kg of mortar mix fills up one dm3 (1 dm3 equals 1 liter).

Processing time mortar mix: about 60 minutes (after 60 minutes it slowly thickens)

Cured/Clearable after about 12 hours at 20 degrees.

Tip: Before mixing in the sand, use a brush to thinly coat the hole/surface to be repaired with the liquid floor coating. This optimizes adhesion. You can use the remaining floor coating to make the mortar mix.

The substrate must be clean, dry and sound. Loose and brittle concrete pieces and/or old loose coating pieces must be removed.
