Farmcoat Epoxy Floor Coating is smooth but rough, but this does not always guarantee a safe walking surface for people or animals. If you want to coat a floor surface that is also used for work or has fats and oils on it, or where lighter cattle walk, the coating must be scattered with Farmcoat Instrooi FIJN after application. Farmcoat Instrooi FIJN is a very hard granule that can be sprinkled just after applying Farmcoat Agricultural Coating (when it is still wet). If you want to apply anti-slip where heavier livestock (such as cows or horses) walk, we recommend a coarser grain, namely Farmcoat Instrooi Coarse.
