Do you have small or large holes in your floor or wall? Does your concrete need to be repaired, filled or raised? Then use Farmcoat Epoxy Mortar. This mortar is waterproof, highly abrasion-resistant and can be applied in very thick layers (up to about 10 cm).
Farmcoat Epoxy Mortar is available as a 2.5 kg set or a 20 kg set.

- Watertightness
- Fills holes well and can be sanded
- Paintable
- For use on wood, steel, concrete and other mineral substrates.
The mortar consists of:
- Farmcoat Epoxy Resin (resin+hardener)
- Farmcoat mortar filler sand
Mixing ratio and consumption: The amount of sand to be added can be adjusted as required.
Recommendation when used as a raising casting compound: 20 kg set - Combine the 5.15 kg resin with 10-12 kg of Farmcoat Mortar sand (approx. 3/4 of the total quantity of sand). You will then have a total of 15-17 kg ready-to-use mortar (approx. 8 litres).
Recommended as a filling repair mortar: 20 kg set - Combine the 5.15 kg of resin with the entire 14.85 kg of Farmcoat Mortar sand. You will then have a total of 20 kg of ready-to-use mortar (approx. 10 litres).
Procedure: First mix the resin components. Then gradually add the sand mix using a mixer attached to a drill. For large quantities, do this in a mortar tub or sturdy large bucket. Mix it until you have an even mass. Apply the mortar mix with a putty knife, hand trowel or flat trowel. We recommend using a mixer with a larger head for large quantities.
Processing time for the mortar mix: approx. 60 minutes (after 60 minutes it slowly thickens)
Cured/loadable after approx. 12 hours at 20 degrees Celsius.
The substrate must be clean, dry and stable. Loose and brittle pieces of concrete and/or flaky pieces of old coating should be removed.

This only applies to standard products and standard colors. Custom coating colors cannot be returned.

Do you also apply coatings?
No, Farmcoat does not have a processing or application team. We are solely a manufacturer and specialist in agricultural coatings. Do you happen to know a handyman or contractor who can help you apply our products?
How much do I need?
On every product page, you will find usage advice. For example, the consumption of a coating is 400 grams per m2. This means that for 10 m2, you need a total of 4 KG of coating to apply one layer. You may need more for floors, depending on the condition of your floor. Please contact us for advice.
Which colors can I order?
You can order our floor or wall coatings in any RAL color. Please note that you should choose a color from a physical color fan and not from a screen, as this can be misleading. Colors are checked for accuracy by our production team before shipment. Colors may vary slightly with reorders.
You wish to return (a part of) your order.
Standard products or color RAL7001 can be returned within 3 months in their unopened packaging. Please note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases and goods manufactured according to consumer specifications, such as custom-colored paint (mixed colors). Opened cans of coating cannot be returned, unless the product does not meet what you could reasonably expect from it.
