Then gradually add the sand mix using a mixer attached to a drill. For large quantities, do this in a mortar tub or sturdy large bucket. Mix it until you have an even mass. Apply the mortar mix with a putty knife, hand trowel or flat trowel. We recommend using a mixer with a larger head for large quantities.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eProcessing time for the mortar mix: approx. 60 minutes (after 60 minutes it slowly thickens)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCured\/loadable after approx. 12 hours at 20 degrees Celsius.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe substrate must be clean, dry and stable.
