Haarle (OV) - New horse stable floor (anti-slip).
In Haarle last week, the owners of this horse barn coated the floor with Farmcoat themselves. After applying the first layer of coating, the floor was sprinkled with Farmcoat Instrooimiddel Fijn, and then finished with 1 more layer of coating. End result: a sleek and extremely strong non-slip floor! Good job!
Aalden (DR) - New feed passages
In Aalden, the feed passages of this dairy barn were coated by the farmer himself in October 2023.A large project of no less than 150 meters length of feed passage. The feed alley was installed with a width of 1.5 meters.
Putten (GLD) - Egg room poultry farm.
A nice project was done in Putten in the winter of 2024 by the owner of a poultry farm. The owner was looking for a good floor to work on in the egg room. It had to be rough and yet easy to clean. So the owner himself renovated and repaired the floor with Farmcoat Epoxy floor coating in the color RAL 7047. The result speaks for itself.
Bad Nieuweschans (GR) - New feed corridor
In Bad Nieuweschans, this small 16-meter-long feed chute was recently installed. This was a new feed alley, which had not yet worn out. Because the farmer chose to coat this feed chute right away without being worn in, he saved layer thickness and costs! A great project!
Britswert (FR) - Restoration of old feeding alley
In Britswert last summer, this old feed alley was restored. The farmer first dragged the unevenness of the concrete smooth with a concrete grinder. Then it was coated with 1 coat of Farmcoat Epoxy Floor Coating.
Zeeland (N/B) - Walls of horse stable
In Zeeland (North Brabant) the walls of this horse stable were coated. The owner wanted to choose his own color as opposed to our standard colors. This is also possible! The walls now give a sleek and hygienic appearance and are also very easy to clean. In addition, stains do not soak into the surface.
Borculo (GLD) - Feedlot veterinarian
A nice project was completed in Borculo in the summer of 2023 at a veterinarian and also hobby farmer. As a veterinarian, this owner wanted to set a good example in the context of hygienic feeding and decided to apply our floor coating to this small feeding alley. With one coat of primer and one coat of coating, the owner was quickly finished and feeding could resume quickly.
Terwolde (GLD) - Worn out feed alley
In Terwolde, this well-worn feed alley was coated in the summer of 2023. To reduce coating consumption, the surface was first sanded with a concrete grinder on day 1. This removed the tops of the pebbles in the concrete and left an even surface. The substrate was then cleaned with an acid cleaner. On day 2, the primer and coating could be applied, and after 12 hours of drying time, lining was done again.
Beltrum (GLD) - Wall and floor tank room
In Beltrum, this tank room was coated with both our Floor Coating and our Wall Coating. After applying the primer and coating, the floor was gritted with an included grit. This creates a non-slip surface that people do not slip on, but still smooth enough to pull on with a floor puller.

Terborg (GLD) - Feed alley in new barn.
In this brand-new barn in Terborg, our Floor Coating was applied to a 30-meter feed alley. Part of the upright wall was also included. By taping the surface tightly with the duct tape supplied, a tight finish was left behind. The farmer benefited greatly by coating the feed alley while the barn was not yet in use, saving a lot of cleaning work, layer thickness and costs!
Eibergen (GLD) - Walls of horse stable
In this horse barn, Farmcoat Wall Coating in RAL 7001 was applied by the owner. After application, it creates a seamless surface that is very easy to keep clean.
