Shipping
We work exclusively with reputable carriers: Tielbeke Transport or Transmission.
Delivery time
All of our goods are subject to delivery within 5 business days of receipt of payment to the address you provide.
Shipping costs
The following shipping costs apply to our goods:
- Order from 0 - 25 KG: € 9.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.
- Order > 25 KG: € 29,95 excl. VAT for shipping costs.
- Order total > € 1,000 excluding VAT: free shipping.
Track and Trace
When your order ships you will receive a track and trace email from our carrier. Do you have special delivery requests or questions about the status of your delivery? Please contact us by phone at 0571-745002.
Return
You want to return (part of) your order.
As a consumer, you have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after;
- the article is in your possession
- for multiple items in an order, delivered separately: on which you received the last item:
Notice! The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases and goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications, for example, paint made to color (mixed colors). Broken cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not meet what you might reasonably have expected.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Send back
Please return the items as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest , after you have notified us of your return. You may, of course, return the items yourself. If possible, the items should be returned in the shipping package as you received them to the address below (please include the packing slip or a copy thereof):

Return shipping costs are always at your own expense.
Refund
You will receive a refund for the returned items including any shipping costs you paid within 14 days of your return notification. Payments will always be refunded to the same account used to make the payment to us.
Reduction reimbursement
In certain cases, the full amount will not be refunded. The following charges will not be refunded and/or deducted:
- The shipping costs, if any, if part of the order is returned
- Additional paid charges beyond the cheapest standard shipping charges we offer (such as express shipping charges)
- Costs resulting from depreciation of a returned item*
* You may view and evaluate the item. If you use the item and depreciation occurs as a result, this depreciation will be deducted from the refundable amount. Broken cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not meet what you might reasonably have expected.
